My new favorite food! And it's GF!

I just LOVE cauliflower pizza, but it's got to have just the right ingredients to make it perfect. For me and my palette, I've discovered, through trial error, exactly what that is and I'm here to share it with you! I tried several frozen crusts before finding what I believe is the tastiest -- just keep in mind that what's perfect for me is not necessarily what is perfect for you. However, it's a great starting point!
Ingredients:
Frozen cauliflower crust (my favorite is from Chloe's--see image below)
tomato sauce (using a small saucepan, I sauté 2-3 pressed cloves of garlic in olive oil over the stovetop, adding a 15 oz can of tomato sauce, a dash of black pepper, a dash of oregano, chopped fresh basil and a dash of salt). This leaves plenty of sauce for your next meal(s)! You can take a shortcut and use plain tomato sauce or pre-made sauce.
mozzarella cheese (or dairy free cheese if you'd like to make it vegan)
diced red and green bell pepper, as much as you'd like
sliced or chopped red onion, as much as you'd like
chopped or sliced mushrooms, as much as you'd like
chopped spinach, as much as you'd like
sliced olives, as much as you'd like
any other topping you'd like!
Instructions:
Preheat oven to crust instructions on the box
While oven is preheating, spread tomato sauce on base of cauliflower crust
Add all the toppings you'd like. Mix and match your veggies - my ingredient list includes my favorite toppings but this recipe is incredibly flexible and you can remove and add to your preference.
Place in the oven, per box instructions
When crisped just right, to your preference, remove from oven and slide onto a large plate
Using a pizza cutter, slice your pizza, add red pepper flakes and any other herb/spice you'd like
Mmm... enjoy
