Dark Chocolate + Almonds = Delish!

Ingredients:
1 cup raw almonds
1 bar of dark chocolate or equivalent in chocolate baking chips, at least 70% dark
1 Tbsp unrefined, virgin coconut oil
Instructions for roasting almonds:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Spread raw almonds on a baking sheet/tray, in a single layer
Roast 8-15 minutes - roast until golden brown and they have a nice, dry crunch
Set out to cool

Instructions for melting chocolate:
I like to use a small saucepan with some water to steam the chocolate, a small glass bowl set over the rim
Place the dark chocolate in the glass bowl, along with the 1Tbsp coconut oil
Stir chocolate until completely melted and creamy
Using a spoon, drizzle the dark chocolate over the roasted almonds
Place in refrigerator to help chocolate set, 1-2 hours
Break into pieces and enjoy some right away, storing the rest in a glass container (keeps best in the refrigerator)
